This is an original Brand New DirecTV TIVO remote control for all Series 1, Series 2, R10, HR10-250, and pretty much all the Tivo's (except Sony) prior to the new R15 models, those require the new RC32 remotes which I also carry in my Ebay store (the RC32 can also be programmed as a replacement to this remote and works for all Tivo's plus has VCR, DVD, and audio control).  Also controls most TV's.  This is a Brand New remote control in original package.
