NEW with tags, Disney Minnie Mouse baseball cap hat.  Size of tags say XS, so it should fit toddlers and young children.  Adjustable velcro back strap.  Classic Minnie embroidered on front.  Heart edged with silver sequins, Minnie Mouse name embroidered inside of heart with red and white dots in background.  Front panel is white, the rest of the hat is red.   Perfect for vacation and summer outdoors!

Returns: If item does not work or is missing pieces, then either item will be replaced or a credit will be given (seller to decide return by either replacement or credit)...buyer responsible to ship item back at their cost.  (if caused by shipping damage or lost by postal service, then no return is allowed...buyer should have insurance for this case!  NO refund until post office refunds us, in case it still arrives.)

If you change your mind and want to return your item within 7 days in perfect condition, we will accept the return but you are only refunded your purchase price, not any of the shipping costs.
