It is yellow background with little bumble bees and the words baby's first pooh bear. The color and design make it a unisex item. The best and most unique part of this item is the inside. It is not the typical soft paper pages. It is a board book type inside. Each page is thick. It has 18 pages with cut outs for pictures.
