This bag is a rare sample bag (I believe it is the medium size Cinzia - based on the measurements of the bag).  The inside of the bag is stamped with a large stamp which reads "Dooney and Bourke, Made in Italy, Samples".  Since it is a sample, there are no interior pockets/compartments, no Dooney charm/hang tag and it does not come with a registration card.  This bag also uses a unique croc embossed leather which has its own unique pattern, there are variations to the leather that make each bag different.  See close up pictures so you know what you can expect.
