Your machine is guaranteed to work on arrival or we will exchange the machine at no charge. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, only exchanges for damaged or DOA machines. For any exchange the product must be unopened and in its original condition as when we shipped it to you. No items that have been used may be returned. Non-defective products returned for exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned opened. Freight damage must be noted on the delivery acceptance. |
