SPECIFICS:

Prices: we are usually 50% less on collectibles than you will find elsewhere. Really not in that business. <P>
Speed: speed kills, we are not known for it. Most orders will arrive witin 30 days. Everyone we see come and go   for the  past 30 years whether on the internet or pre-web days this has been so.<P>
Condition: everything we sell is of the  highest quality. Either sealed, mint (like new), near mint (almost like mint with some minor flaw). The only time we offer something less than our standards is if it is VERY rare.<P>
Description: Is as accurate as need be. After millions of units sold we have had few complaints.<P>
Packaging: we use heavier materials than usual for records.<P>
Communcation: please limit.. (status) if an order hasn't arrived - that means we may have slowed down a bit. Postal service will slow in summer and holidays. Also homeland security issues that may arise. Packages rarely get lost- ever. In our experience it happens about once a year and for some reason spanish speaking countries.
