While some people may look at a power cage as an opulent product that is most suitable in a gym setting, we at EF strongly believe that safety is the most important feature in any fitness setting and the EF-4430 provides all around safety in your every repetition. It can be paired with your favorite weight bench for use as a rack in upper body presses. It can also be used with a straight bar for squats. The front upper bar is perfect for use as a pull-up/chin-up station or with your gravity boots as a hanging crunch station. The side crossbar features dip handles for an excellent triceps (rear upper arm) workout. The fully adjustable bar catches adjust along numbered uprights (24 holes are punched in each of these).

Each of the four sleeves containing the six catches are oversized and adjust with a large spring loaded pop-pin featuring an oversized wing grip for usage by individuals of various hand sizes or dexterity levels. The lower bar catches found on the front of the unit hang a safety bar connection between them for usage as both a secondary precaution if you miss the upper catch when reracking a bar as well as a liftoff location for upper body presses with your favorite weight bench. Each of these sleeves feature a sturdy sliding mechanism and can be moved quickly to the desired position for your next set.

The 14 gauge frame of the EF-4430 is assembled with thick steel bolts and features an extended base for maximum balance and stability, regardless of which recommended exercise is being performed. The end caps found on the front of the base create not only a professional and detailed appearance but also resist scratching or sliding on your floor.
