If you are looking for a wide range of exercise capabilities and a sturdy attractive frame but have a limited amount of space, then the EF-4432 is ideal. The pull-up bar features slightly angled handles and is attached to the frame securely. This allows for chin-ups and pull-ups to be performed with a variety of grips and hand spacing. This will work your mid-back, or shoulders, upper back or biceps (front upper arm), depending on your grip and the distance between your hands for a complete upper body routine. The reverse facing pushup station located on the frame below the chin-up and pull-up station provides great a great pushup location. The grips are perfectly positioned off the floor which will allow a user to dip their chest completely level with their hands or even below. This can supply a well rounded chest routine that focuses on the inner, outer, upper, lower and central portions of the chest.

The front of the EF-4432 also provides a variety of workouts. The vertical knee/leg raise station features ergonomic forearm pads located 21.5” apart (measured from the center of each pad) and 12.75” long. At the base of each forearm pad is a textured 32mm handgrip for upper body stabilization. The tapered back pad measures 14” long and 2.5” thick with a width graduating from 11” to 8”. It is tilted 0° to provide support for your body’s natural curves. Vertical knee/leg raises target the hard to train lower abdominals (below the belly button area) as well as the hips, backside, quads (front upper leg) and obliques (sides/love handles). The horizontal grips protruding beyond the forearm braces are used for dips. These are 20” apart. Dips focus on the triceps (rear upper arm), chest and shoulders. The dip handles are placed far enough from the frame to allow variations such as forward leaning, straight backed or weighted dips.

The stations for both dips and vertical knee/leg raises are reached with skid proof steps located on the front diagonal supports. This allows users to position themselves correctly on the EF-4432 without stress to the rotator cuffs or elbows. Each station is made of and attached to a 14-gauge frame with a high overall weight capacity. The EF-4432 also incorporates diagonal and horizontal crossbeams wherever possible to eliminate any swaying or bowing that may occur with some power towers. The unit is capped off with textured rubber endcaps, which prevent sliding or tipping even during quick routines. The 2.5” thick vinyl sweat and crease resistant coverings of the forearm and back pads finish off the professional and attractive appearance of the EF-4432.
