Our goal is to provide you with the best internet buying experience and exceptional service. We inspect our equipment prior to shipping. We sell new and refurbished name brand restaurant equipment and supplies for the food service industry. All descriptions are presented as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee the information’s accuracy.

Terms of Sale & Shipping

All merchandise is shipped FOB Miami, Florida 33168. Global Restaurant Equipment & Supply, Inc. will do their best to ship within the 24 hours of receipt of a completed order. If a completed order is being shipped directly from a manufacturer, lead times may vary based on their shipping policies. If Global Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, Inc. becomes aware of a delay in your order, we will notify you via email. We do not accept responsibility for any equipment after it leaves our warehouse. Please check the equipment(s) when you receive them and note any concealed damage on the bill of landing, so that it will ease your claim with the freight carrier if needed. Inside delivery and lift gate services are available at a premium, customer must request this service if needed. P.O. Box will not suffice as a valid shipping address. Additional handling and freight charges may be apply to each order. For order being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and internationally, please call (305) 688-8700 for shipping and handling costs.

Warranties & Returns

All refurbished equipment is ‘as is ’. All new equipment is sold with the manufacturer’s warranty . There are no warranties of either merchantability or fitness for a particular use. If buyer feels there is a misrepresentation regarding the equipment or its condition in our Ebay Store ‘ Global Restaurant Equipment”, or terms and conditions, the buyer must contact Global Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, Inc. why he feels there is a misrepresentation. If Global Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, Inc. agrees there is a misrepresentation, then Global Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, Inc. will refund only the purchase amount of the equipment upon its return to our facility in its original condition, freight paid by the buyer. We will not refund packaging or shipping expenses. The buyer agrees to accept Global Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, Inc. decision. We reserve the right to sell equipment shown on our Ebay Store “Global Restaurant Equipment”. We do not accept returns without its prior authorization. Customer will pay a 25% restocking fee for all returned equipment. Items must be shipped back in their original cartons which are subject to inspection.

Payment

We accept Paypal, all major credit cards by phone, money orders, and cashier’s check. No personal checks, we are a verified Paypal user. Payment must be completed by 72 hours after the purchase of the equipment is made. If payment has not been paid by 7 days after purchase of the equipment, we will send a final notice follow by a no-pay claim with Ebay. The buyer should contact Global Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, Inc. within 24 hours of the purchase of the equipment. If contact is not made within 48 hours, purchase may be forfeited and equipment lost. All items pickup or shipped locally to a Florida address will be subject to a 7% Florida Sales Tax.
