Customer Satisfaction Standard Warranty POLICY:
We sell only new factory sealed items. In the unlikely event you receive a factory defect, we gladly stand behind our products by offering a 30 day Customer Satisfaction Standard Warranty. This warranty covers any purchased item for 30 days from date of shipment. This warranty does not cover customer abuse, misuse or breakage of the item. Our 30 Day Customer Satisfaction Standard Warranty covers anything that may be wrong with the item that DID NOT happen in transit.
bROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives with broken/damaged parts, that did not happen in transit, you'll need to notify us within 3 days of receipt, or 45 days from the end of auction, which ever date comes first. If item was damaged in transit please see Shipping Damage above for more information.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If there is a problem and you receive a defective item you must email us with your concerns within 15 days of receipt of the item, or 45 days from the end of the auction, whichever date comes first.
what happens next: Once we know what the problem is we will have you return the item to us. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We can not accept items that have been worked on by you (cases opened, screws removed and reinstalled, etc., as that would void all warranty). Returned item must be received in original packaging. Once we receive the damaged item we will have it inspected and if we find that the damage was not caused by transit, customer abuse, misuse or customer breakage we will either replace, repair or refund ( purchase price only) defective item. If item was found to be a defect we will pay for shipping the item back to you. All shipping costs are NOT refundable regardless of the reason for return. Warranty returns must be received within 45 days of the auction end date, NO exceptions. ALL SALES CONSIDERED FINAL AFTER the 30 day warranty period. This item sold with full 30 Day Customer Satisfaction Standard Warranty within the United States only. RETURN POLICY: Customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item, please let us know and we will send out a replacement or refund your purchase price. REFUNDS TERMS: Returned items must be unopened, unused and in sellable condition.. We will carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before we issue refunds or exchanges. If item is damaged or defective please see warranty information above. Buyer must email us within 3 days of delivery to obtain return instructions. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed. Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. There is a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective product returns. Refund may be issued if replacement is not available at time of return. All S&H fees are non-refundable. Cash Refund policy only applies to buyers within the United States.
