If you are
going to buy an electric scooter, it's wise to have one with hand brakes. I have seen other scooters on ebay without handle
brakes.
Would you buy a motorcycle or bike without brakes? Safety is everything,
and if it will help prevent harm, it's worth it! Also, there is the hand
throttle on the right side. Simply twist it back, and you are off!!
Other scooters on ebay don't even have this feature!
