Useful info from Lauren & Victoria:

-         We only use eBay messages for contact, so if you email us we won’t reply!

- Insurance is only optional overseas so the calculator will work.  If you opt out of insurance, you do so at your own risk.

-         We only do PayPal now.  It’s totally easy and safe, so if you need help just ask!

-         Unless we’re both on vacation, we can almost always ship within a day or two.

-         We use DHL instead of UPS because they have great customer service.  And their trucks are prettier too!

-         We use USPS to ship internationally.  Their transit times don't include customs, so please allow some extra time depending on your country.  Some are fast; some are slow! 

-         We send you tracking automatically when we make labels in PayPal to your payment addy.  You don’t have to ask =)

-         If you have special requests, make sure you put them in the notes of your PayPal payment so they show up in our shipment list.  That really helps us out!

- We don't have 220/240v power supplies, but we still sell lots of stuff overseas.  We suggest using a voltage converter instead of trying to find the proper adapter.  They're cheap, generally safer, and available on eBay or at most electronic stores.
