This listing is for a New EllaRoo Chinese Original Mei Tai Baby Carrier. The Mei Tai baby carrier has been replaced with a deluxe version, so the 'original' mei tai has been discontinued. Get one while you can! I am an authorized distributor for EllaRoo, so buy with confidence.

This is a Chinese-inspired design that is very comfortable on the front or back. With just the right fabric and padding, it is a dream to wear for extended periods. The gorgeous embroidery on each Mei Tai baby carrier is improvised just for EllaRoo by Miao women in a village in China.

The Mei Tai baby carriers are reversible, washable 100% cotton, sewn and hand-embroidered in China. The cotton fabric is buttery soft. The straps are lightly padded for comfort while wearing, without being bulky.
