We do not ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses.
We ship via UPS ground in the United States and it normally takes 5-10 business days.
Returns
Emjoi guarantees your personal satisfaction on all your purchases. Should you, for any reason, not be happy with any of your purchases, you are invited to send the item(s) back within 30 days and credit will be issued in the form of payment received. To be fully remunerated, please be sure to follow these instructions:
Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The product(s) must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and reason for return must be indicated in note.
Product(s) must be returned with original packaging.
Any customer who makes a return to Emjoi within the 30 day return period for a refund will be refunded the purchase price only and not the shipping and handling charges. Any customer who returns a product within the one year warranty period for service the customer will not be refunded the shipping and handling charges but will be shipped back the replaced product free of shipping charges.
