Currently, our business office is in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and our primary distribution center is in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We also have a warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as arrangements with several manufactures where they ship direct to our customers.

Returns

Do not like it: Contact us within 15 days and we will provide return instructions. Buyer is responsible for the cost to ship back to us. Refund will be made via the payment method used. Shipping, including shipping costs associated with free-shipping or shipping-included offers, is not refundable. Our restocking fee is 5%. The item must be in unused condition and include all manuals, warranty cards, etc.

Damaged: Contact us immediately so we can process an insurance claim. You may be required to provide further information. We will re-ship the order once the claim is filed. Most times, it is faster and easier if you accept the damaged shipment and we replace parts as necessary.

Defective: Virtually all of the manufacturers we represent require that you contact them directly in the case of a defective item. If you have any problem with the manufacturer, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

Goods returned without prior approval are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We operate out of several warehouses and must send you instructions and RMA number for your return.

Note: The above policy does not apply to Teeter Hang Ups inversion products. Teeter Hang Ups products may be returned in used condition within 30 days for any reason. Buyer is only responsible for shipping costs back to us.

Shipping From: We primarily ship from our Pennsylvania and Nevada warehouses. We also have arrangements with several manufacturers where they ship directly to our customers. We use all major shipping carriers. In rare cases we may need to ship your order the same class of service on a different carrier.

Shipping Insurance: We provide shipping insurance at no cost to you!

Order Fill Time: 99% of our orders ship in one business day except for a few items that have a longer lead time clearly noted in the product description.

Larger Items: For items over 85 pounds we frequently must ship via freight carrier. These shipments are delivered "curb-side" unless other arrangements are made.

Set Up: The driver will not bring the item into your home or help set up.

"Free" Shipping: These offers apply only to the contiguous 48 US states. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you would like your order shipped to AK/HR/PR/etc.

International

International buyers are responsible for all taxes/duties/etc. We can not ship your item outside of the United States as a "gift" or "sample" or using any other method intended to circumvent customs duties.

UPS Standard to Canada: Please note that although shipping costs are often less using UPS standard and it is often faster than the post office, customs brokerage fees are significantly higher and are the buyer's responsibly.
