SHIPPING

We welcome international bidders, but IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA, you MUST contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE you bid.  If an international bidder or bidder outside the continental United States wins the auction, but has failed to adhere to this policy, payment will be refunded and the item re-listed.  Due to government regulations regarding packaging and weight restrictions, we can only ship to certain areas of the world.  Be safe and avoid surprises--contact us first!

For bidders within the continental U.S. -- as shown below, we offer fixed-rate shipping of $39.95 (includes handling fee).  Please note that we do not inflate our shipping rates to make additional money.  This is the exact rate charged by our supplier for ground service by their preferred carrier.  We will ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.  When product arrives in good order, please provide timely, positive feedback.  In the event of damage or defect, please email vandalay.industries@q.com prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback so that we can work out difficulties to your satisfaction.  Taking care of you in the event of unforeseen challenges is important to us and we feel that positive feedback would still be deserved by our acting timely and responsibly in such situations.



RETURN POLICY
  1. Seller must contact us by email within 24 hours of original delivery date of product to arrange return.
  2. All returns must be made within seven days of original delivery date of product.
  3. All returned products must be in original packaging.
  4. Returns must be in never-been-used (NEW) condition.
  5. Vandalay Industries will only refund the price of the item sold.  Customer must pay ALL shipping and handling charges for both the initial shipment and the return shipment.
  6. Restocking Fee: There will be a 15% restock fee on all returned merchandise and canceled orders.
These policies constitute the sales agreement between Everbright and Vandalay Industries, an authorized Everbright dealer.  Please note that buyers become bound by these same terms upon purchasing products from this supplier.  Luckily, this is a fantastic company and disputes are rare.  But in the event that a situation brings the terms of this policy into play, please contact us immediately so that we can help get things resolved.
