Description

Up for bid is a new set of 4 exercise DVDs put out by Yourself Fitness for McDonald's corporation.  It has Maya, a virtual trainer, taking you through 4 workouts of 15 minutes each for the following: 1) Yoga, 2) Cardio, 3) Core, 4) Strength. These fabulous workouts are in both and English and Spanish.  What I like about them is that they don't take too much time. After all, we can each find 15 minutes a day to do something for ourselves.  No excuses any more.  Here's to your health!
