• After you have won the auction, your checkout procedure will be sent to your Ebay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.
• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, money order, cashier's check and personal check (e-check and personal checks will be held up to 7 business days before shipping).
• We accept credit card payments for US orders only. We do not accept non-US issued credit cards.
• Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaints will be filed with Ebay upon not receiving payment.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and then complete the checkout instructions received in your most recent email from us.

• We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase via insured parcel post (USPS) to P.O. Box 1368, Arcadia, CA 91077-1368.
• For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system. Additionally, the product must be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories.
• Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
