Returns
All returned items will be checked for serial number verification and/or other security markings before refund can be processed.

- You received the wrong item.
- The item is dead on arrival.
- The item was damaged during transit, in which case please notify us promptly.
- Items must be returned within three (3) days after receiving it.

We ship using UPS or other licensed carriers.
There is an added charge for shipping materials/labor.
All shipped items require shipping insurance.
