Return Policy

It is our mission to maintain complete customer satisfaction. Refunds or exchanges can be made on clothing that does not fit properly. All sizes and measurements given are from the merchant. We realize different designer sizes are not the same as others. Please feel free to contact us for further instructions.

Considering we do work with the merchant, the buyer pays us thru PayPal. In turn, we pay for it when we place the order. Any and ALL returns need to go through us so we can notify the merchant then give you instructions according to their policies. Refunds are only given when a tracking# is given to us from the buyer for return. FashionsGemsEtc is only refunded once the merchant receives their merchandise & issues us a credit. If the merchant made a mistake in your shipment or it is broken, a free shipping label will be sent to you. Damaged items are replaced if reported to us timely. Inaccurate shipments work the same way.  

Payment Terms

Payment must be received within 5 days of the close of auction. Shipment of items with an unverified address with Paypal may be delayed up to 7 days after receipt of payment. Please be sure to include the eBay item number, your shipping address and telephone number with all payments for proper shipping.
