Choose from a wide selection of name-brand and off-brand golf clubs, equipment and accessories. We also offer complete custom-fitting and repair services, and open-air club testing. Golf with the best for less!

CUSTOM BUILDING PROCESS

Soon after a Buy-It-Now or normal bidding auction, all customers (unless we are notified first) will receive an email questionnaire asking for their individual specs. Customers who purchase irons sets will be asked to complete a fitting questionnaire. Customers who purchase a driver(s) and/or a fairway wood(s) will be asked to choose their preferred loft, shaft, flex and grip.
We recognize that our customers are excited about their winnings and would like to have them as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that most items we sell are custom-made by hand, and all are made according to the order in which payments are received. Production delays may sometimes occur when component supplies are exhausted or backordered. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO COMPLETE AND SHIP ALL ORDERS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

In the Continental U.S. and to U.S. territories, we normally ship using USPS Priority, with delivery in 3-4 business days. Please note, there is NO TRACKING WITH USPS PRIORITY, ONLY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
We also offer UPS service for customers wishing to track their packages. UPS ground service is usually not as speedy as USPS Priority, so please be more patient.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use USPS to ship internationally; (Please allow extra time to clear customs!).

We take care to package your items well, so rest assured they will arrive safe and sound.

RETURN POLICY

Our products come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. Factory Direct Golf will, at its discretion, repair or replace any equipment deemed faulty or defective at no charge to the customer. Factory Direct Golf cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs to any product as a result of abuse, misuse, or poor swing mechanics. We will, however, repair any equipment that may become damaged as a result of the latter at the buyer's expense. In any event, we will pay for FORWARD SHIPPING ONLY.
