Bed and More Store accepts Paypal payments. If you don't have an account, don't worry, You can still make payment with your credit or debit card through paypal checkout (no account required). Payment must be received within 8 days of auctions end. Keep in mind the faster we get a payment the faster you will receive your order. Please do not bid if you cannot pay for this within 8 days. Once you commit to purchase an item on eBay you are legally obligated to pay. We will take the necessary steps to get the eBay fees we paid refunded back to us for the listing, which may result in a strike against a non-paying bidders account and possible suspension from eBay.
Shipped out next business day via USPS or UPS Ground. International orders are shipped USPS International. A tracking number will be sent to you once your item has shipped. Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted above) after cleared payment is received. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder in your email account you provide to ebay. If you have accidentally deleted the message you can either find your tracking number in your MY EBAY under "view order details" -> "Shipped on ..." link or in the transaction details in your paypal account.

Insurance is included on all items shipped through UPS and USPS. For items shipped through USPS (post office), insurance is included in S&H and is purchased through our third party postal insurance. If any item is damaged or lost in transit (ALLOW UP TO 14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY FOR FIRST CLASS AND INTERNATIONAL MAIL) please contact us with proof of damage at auctions@bedandmorestore.com and we will send a replacement - if item is out of stock we will issue a full refund.

Returns are only accepted if item is defective or grossly misrepresented in listing. Returns must be received within 15 days after receipt of merchandise and must be returned in manufacturers packaging and in original condition. Please contact us before returning so a return shipping label can be issued. Once returns are received a replacement will be sent right out. If item is out of stock a full refund will be issued.
