Wrist Hand Forearm Roll Bar
Golf Hand Grip Strength

You are bidding on a brand new wrist roll bar. This roller is made of solid smooth hardwood, it is one foot long, and 1" in diameter. The cord is 4ft long and made of strong nylon. The handle grips are durable rubber. Both a quick link clip and a 2ft chain is included. This allows the versatility to connect hanging weights (i.e. ankle weights) using the clip or with the chain you can hang most standard and olympic weight plates. NOTE: Weight is not included.

This roller is excellent for strengthening the forearms and building grip strength through isotonic, eccentric, and isometric exercise. Athletes in sports such as golf, baseball, tennis, hockey, rock climbing, and any activity which requires grip strength can significantly benefit from this device. If you are looking for that competitive edge or ways to improve your performance this may be the tool. Strength training for the hand and wrist is also important for prevention of injuries.

This is a great addition to any injury prevention, work hardening, or hand program. Thanks for looking at my item.
