Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment (excluding Saturday/Sunday and local and national holidays). Please wait for 3 to 4 days after you make the payment. If you did not receive an "item shipped" email with item tracking number by the end of the 4th day, please CONTACT SELLER and ask for the item status. Make sure you have the item number for the reference.
PO Box Address: If you need the item shipped to a PO Box address, there will be extra cherge for shipping to a PO Box address, please contact seller and ask for the shipping cost to your PO Box address.
Combined shipping: We combine shipping for all of our multiple item orders . If you purchase more than one item from us and pay together as one payment, we will combine shipping if those items can be shipped in one package.
Returned Item Policy (Undeliverable): If UPS (or Postal Service) tried to deliver your item to your delivery address but the customer is not able to receive the item, We do not re-ship those returned items. The shipping cost paid first time is good for one time shipping. If you have placed the order with us and you have to move or going on vacation, please arrange some body who can receive your package while you are away.
International buyers: Please be aware that you may be charged a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery of your item. We are not responsible for any of those charges.
