SpinColumns offer a wide selection of pre-packed chromatographic materials in disposable centrifuge tube formats. Applications include sample concentration; protein, peptide, or DNA purification; buffer exchange; salt and radiolabel removal; and many more.
Each column contains one of a wide range of column materials held in place by a frit. Simply place the SpinColumn in a centrifuge tube and centrifuge briefly to separate your sample. The column material binds and purifies the sample according to size and shape, chemical composition, charge, or other physico-chemical properties. Results obtained are highly reproducible, and there is minimal sample loss.
IMAC (Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography) packing material is used for purification of histidine-tagged proteins. We offer many other types of column materials; call us for more information
96-Well SpinColumns are used for high-throughput sample preparations and more time-efficient sample recovery. Use 96-Well SpinColumns for 25 to 100µl sample sizes. Includes two 96-well collection plates (1.5 mL per well).
