This brand new home is located "on the mesa" in Yucca Valley, CA.  It comes completely furnished with all new appliances and all new furniture as shown in the pictures below.  It's about 25 or 30 minutes north of Palm Springs.  This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, a full two car garage and 2.5 acres of land.  This is a horse property location, if you love horses this is a great place to live.  Even if you aren't a horse lover, this is a super quiet area and an affordable but comfortable home. 

 

If you’re tired of living in a noisy neighborhood, this is an excellent change toward peace and quiet.  This home is far enough out of town so you can ride just about anywhere or do just about anything but close enough to town to make life's everyday chores like shopping easy and convenient.  I'm not a horse person but I do ride my motorcycle (dirt bike) right out of the garage and into the desert.  Great location!  Great fun!  Very relaxing!

 

Here’s the down side to this property.  Because it’s brand, new it needs some landscaping.  Right now, the outside of the home and property looks a little barren.  The good news is that there are no home owners associations to deal with so you can do pretty much anything you’d like with the landscaping and the outside of the home and property.
