Payment
  • High Bidder needs to contact Seller WITHIN 3 DAYS after auction is closed.
  • Payment must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS.
  • Accepted forms of payment are: PayPal, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.

  • Once payment is received, every effort will be made to ship within 2 business days.
Shipping
  • We strive to ship the day after your payment arrives.  If you pay on Friday or Saturday, shipping will take place the following Monday.
  • Freight items will be shipped at the discretion of our LTL pickup service and the size of LTL queue.  Though our freight items are immediately ready for shipment, there are times when we will have other LTL loads queued in front of your shipment and there may be a shipment delays. 
  • Continental US Bidders pay shipping & handling costs as per "Shipping Instructions" listed below. Insurance is optional.
  • Freight does not carry standard insurance, instead insurance is on a per pound bases (ie. $5 per pound, $10 per pound, etc.)
  • International shipping is provided through USPS.  Or via FedEX upon request.
  • We can expedite shipping.  However, there is a 12:00pm MST cutoff time for FedEX Express Pickup.
Return Policy
  • Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify RohbockRAS within 48 hours and notify us if the item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction. We offer a 100% guarantee that the item is as described!
  • Items damaged in shipping are not included in the satisfaction guarantee described above, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims. 
  • Unless an item has been shipped by freight, there will be a full refund (including original shipping costs) on items that are not as described.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. (including DOA & description mistakes)
  • Items can only be returned with prior authorization.  An RMA (return materials authorization) number most be obtained from us before you return any order. Unauthorized returns can not be honored.
  • Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
  • Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item(s) will be returned to customer with no refund.
  • Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the return and the guarantee!
