STRICT 7 DAY (From date of receipt) return period - if not happy, contact us through ASK A SELLER link on eBay for an RMA# & INSTRUCTIONS, there is a 15% restocking fee for returned items, and original S&H is non-refundable.  AFTER 7 DAYS, NO RETURNS ARE PERMITTED. DOA items or items damaged in transit - must be reported IMMEDIATELY (0-3 DAYS) for us to start claims, and we will EXCHANGE or SEND ANOTHER of the same item (no refunds, exchanges only).
