We ship our items based on the actual weight of the item. If you order more than one item the weight of each item will be added together and you will be charged for that total weight. If you order 3 items from us with weights that equal 2 lbs, 1 lb, and 3 lbs the total weight is 6 pounds and you will be charged the same $9.11. There are a few items that can't be combined into a single box because of their size (see the note below to see if this item can be combined).

RETURN POLICY


30 Day Warranty Policy

1) If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

2) Please include the RMA# on your package when you return it to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

3) Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Credit Card, Paypal, or check). If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
