Your bid is for a BRAND NEW, (new old stock), never used, Hewlett Packard model# 7015B X-Y pen plotter chart recorder, in the original Hewlett Packard carrying case, in perfect condition, complete with paper, pens, cleaning kit, operations and service manual and even the dust cover.

This is EXACTLY as it came from the factory, when it was first manufactured.

I ship via Fedex ground, it is the least expensive option, unless your package will be 2lbs or less in which case, the USPS might be less expensive.

The reason I do not have a shipping amount in the auction is because the rates vary, depending on how far away you are from California. For example, if you live in Nevada, it would be unfair for me to charge you the amount it would cost to ship to Florida. My effort here is to be fair. PLEASE do not come up with your own shipping amount and send a payment through Paypal. PLEASE send me a request for an amount and I will calculate it for you.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: I will not ship using YOUR Fedex account unless you send what is called a "call tag" or you send me a fully filled out Fedex label that you have generated, yourself. I will not generate a Fedex label to bill your account, from my end. I am happy to ship using your UPS account, too. Just send a call tag or label via email or regular mail.

REGARDING SHIPPING INSURANCE: Insurance is calculated on the winning bid price of the item. Fedex Ground autiomatically insures everything for up to $100.00 at no extra charge. For shipping via USPS, I can no longer take the chance of shipping uninsured. I pack everything very well so unless there are very unusual circumstances, (like a package being run over by a truck, forklift or left by the carrier, outside in the rain), there won't be damage but I cannot speak for the risk of loss. About my handling fee. I offer my items at very low prices so I charge between $1.50 and $2.50 to cover boxes, bubble wrap, Flopak, tape, pneumatic staples, packing list envelopes, invoices and the time it takes to pack the items up. If the item is very heavy/fragile/big, it may require double boxing which takes more time and materials so the handling fee may be higher. You are welcome to call or email ahead to find out the amount.
