ABOUT ME:
My name is Randy and I am an honest midwestern individual seller and have been buying and selling on eBay since Feb-18-97. I'm Paypal Verified, which means if you're a buyer and you bid on an auction of mine, you're purchase is automatically protected by Paypal (if you pay me through them) for up to $2,000. I am NOT a business, so please don't expect me to operate like one.
ABOUT MY AUCTIONS:
I do my best to list an honest and truthful auction and what you see and what I describe is what you get. If I don't list it, do not assume it is included. If you're not sure or need clarification, email or give me a call BEFORE you bid. I do not provide technical support or installation help on anything I sell, so if you don't know how to use it or install it or you bought the wrong one, I will not let you return it. Again, I am NOT a business. If you have questions about what something is or what features it has, then give me a call and I'll do my best to answer them. By bidding on my auction you are agreeing to the terms I have listed and understand that you are entering into a non negotiable contractual binding agreement and I expect you to follow the rules as stated. The biggest thing to remember is if you have questions, ASK BEFORE BIDDING.
ARE YOU NEW TO EBAY?
If you're new to eBay and aren't quite sure how things work or don't know about Paypal or how it works or how to get a confirmed address, I'd be happy to help you. Again, I'm not a business, so let's keep this simple. I'm also happy to help walk new eBayers through the buying process on my auctions, so if you have questions, just pop me an email or give me a call and I'll help you out.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Your payment MUST be received within 5 days (NOT BUSINESS DAYS) of auction close or I will file a non paying bidder case and leave the appropriate feedback. If you cannot have the funds available within this specified timeframe, do not bid on my auction, no excuses or exceptions. Again, I am NOT a business, so lets keep this simple. I require items to be paid with Paypal unless we have agreed BEFORE the auction closes that I will accept a money order drawn on a United States bank or a cashiers check, which are the only other forms of payment I will accept. And I MUST receive your payment within 5 days (NOT BUSINESS DAYS), so if you live on one of the coasts, you need to send your payment via US Priority Mail versus regular mail, and I'm not responsible for your payment not arriving on time due to mail delivery.
SHIPPING TERMS:
I am not a business so once you make your payment, I won't get it until I get home from work and I typically ship no later than two BUSINESS DAYS after the day I receive your payment (holidays and weekends are NOT included) unless we've worked out something PRIOR to the auction closing or if the auction is for an item shipping freight. I only ship to CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES unless you meet all of the following three critieria 1.) You have been a registered eBay member for over 1 year. 2.) You have over 10 positive user feedback. 3.) You have over a 98% feedback rating. If you do not meet these three criteria, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will I ship to any other address except your CONFIRMED Paypal address, UNLESS you wish to pay with a cashiers check or money order. I typically ship UPS, but it is my choice NOT YOURS on how I will ship the item. Also, I pay for my boxes and packing material so don't assume the price from UPS's website is the shipping price. I do not offer combined shipping for multiple items or shipping discounts because you live closer to me. I SHIP OUT QUITE A FEW PACKAGES AND I DO NOT EMAIL THE TRACKING NUMBERS UNLESS IT'S FOR A SPECIFIC REASON, A PRIORITY SHIPMENT OR YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEM WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER MAKING PAYMENT, so please wait 7 business days before contacting me on the status of your item. Local pickups are allowed but they are a hassle, so I charge a $10 local pickup fee and payment must be made in advance, prior to being picked up. Also, I use UPS to ship my items so you MUST provide a physical street address and NOT a post office box. If you require the item to be sent to a post office box or via US Mail then for my time I charge an extra $10.00 PER item.
WARRANTY POLICY:
All used or refurbished items are sold as is with no warranty unless I specifically state otherwise. Also if I describe how something works, it absolutely does not imply any warranty. All items sold as NEW are sold with a 3 day dead on arrival (DOA) warranty.
RETURN POLICY:
I am NOT a business so I do not accept returns. In rare circumstances where my auction is not as described or the item is DOA based on my warranty policy, I have given refunds, but ALL REFUNDS must be approved in advance. I will refuse the delivery on all items returned that do not have prior approval. I only refund the auction amount, which does NOT include the shipping charges and I do not reimburse you for shipping back to me.
