Send an email to Shipping@HondaEastToledo.com to report Damaged or Defective Items. Please include your eBay Item Number and contact information. Be sure to retain all packaging - the Shipping Carrier may require an inspection during an insurance claim.

Refunds or reshipments cannot be issued until the insurance claim is approved by the Shipping Carrier. UPS and FedEx claims are usually processed within 15 business days. USPS CLAIMS MAY TAKE UP TO 120 DAYS TO PROCESS.
