Canada winners ONLY can have their confirmed paypal address
as a PO Box or a Street address. Shipping typically takes 2-6 business
days for delivery. If nobody is there to sign for it, UPS/Postal will leave
a notice as all parcels require a signature. Our UPS account shipping is set up
where no receiver can call to change their address once the parcel is shipped so
the parcel must be delivered to the confirmed paypal address only if using paypal.
I double-box most items and package everything with extreme care.
UPS shipping with insurance and having signature required for delivery
(which also costs more money) is very expensive - you can go to UPS.com
and do a shipping quote to verify the shipping/handling I charge.
UPS not only goes by the weight but also charges according to the size of the
parcel (dimensional weight) and they also charge a fuel surcharge on each parcel
shipped which is extra and above the shipping rate quoted. So all these costs are
in the shipping rate quoted (including packaging material, tape etc.) - I don't profit on the
shipping charged. I will NOT ship without a tracking number, insurance and
signature is required for all shipments as I require proof of delivery.
Winners of multiple listings can save on shipping.

PAYMENT TERMS:
1) Verified/CONFIRMED paypal - and you must be "ELIGIBLE"
for paypal's seller protection. Paypal's seller protection policy
REQUIRES paypal payers to have a CONFIRMED paypal address
and the seller MUST ship to the CONFIRMED paypal address ONLY -
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you submit an UNconfirmed paypal payment it will be
refunded and negative feedback posted and your bid is
cancelled because I don't tolerate paypal fraud!
Also, if you have negative feedback that causes paypal to freeze the paypal
payment then you cannot use paypal. And, if you use an ebay name/address
to win and use a paypal account that has someone else's name or address
other than your ebay account name/address then you cannot use paypal.
You must use your own verified/confirmed paypal account if using paypal -
absolutely 100% NO EXCEPTIONS. So if you don't agree with these paypal terms
go find another seller. This may seem harsh but necessary as I won't be frauded
by paypal fraud again. So if you are an honest buyer you will understand.
2) Bank Cashiers/Draft or Money Order (held until cleared before shipping) due to counterfeits.
US Postal money orders must be International PINK type - NOT green ones. Canada Postal MO's okay.
3) Bank Wire.
4) No local pick-ups or deliveries - sorry I don't have the time.
5) Buyers by bidding agree that they are responsible for any customs duty or brokerage fees.
Generally there are no customs/duties on most items valued below $200 entering USA.
I DON'T ship using pre-paid or third party shipping using anyone's shipping account number.
6) I DON'T accept cash because I pay income tax on everything I sell and no checks accepted
(personal or business).
7) Payment must be made within 7 days of auction's end or your bid is cancelled and non-paying
bidder form filed and eventual negative feedback - no excuses accepted. I also reserve the right
to cancel any bid by a bidder or winner at anytime if they don't make contact with me by email
within 24 hours, they have an invalid email address and/or phone #, if the winner has
0-2 ebay feedback and didn't contact me before bidding, if the winner fails to pay according
to the auction pay terms, or if I deem them to be a deadbeat non-payer or fraud.
Bidding on an item enters you into a contract and all the terms of this contract are listed in
this listing. By bidding, you agree to all the listing terms. If you don't agree then don't bid.

If you have 0, 1 or 2 ebay feedback your bid will not be honored here
as I won't ship to any 0-2 ebay feedback bidders - you have to find
another seller. Sorry, but Ebay fraud occurs 99% of the time with 0-2 ebay feedback bidders.
If you do have 0-2 ebay feedback and you want to bid, you must first email me your complete
name, address, phone number so that I can verifiy you are a serious bidder BEFORE you bid
- and 0-2 ebay feedback winners only CANNOT use paypal (bank wire or money order only).
If you have 0-2 ebay feedback and bid without my approval your bid will not be honored and
voided even though you won because of these terms.
ALL NON-PAYING BIDDERS are reported to ebay regardless of the reason as ebay requires sellers to
do so in order to get reimbursed the ebay/final value fees, and it gives the seller the authorization to relist
the item. This may result in your ebay account being suspended per ebay non-paying suspension policy.
I have zero tolerance to ALL non-paying bidders. Negative feedback will be left and non-paying
filed to ebay (3 strikes and you're suspended from ebay).
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS:
Make sure you have a current up-to-date valid email address with ebay/paypal. When you win, you will
receive an invoice from me within the first business day after you win. If you don't get it, check your
spam/deleted/junk email folder in case my ebay email invoice is directed to your spam/deleted folder.

Most items are usually shipped within the next business day or 2 days max. Business days
don't include Sat, Sun or holidays. Once your item(s) arrive, please leave me positive feedback and
I will reciprocate. This makes sure we both get the proper recognition as many winners don't leave the

WHY IT MAY SEEM SO MANY TERMS?
Most long-term honest ebay sellers have been frauded by a buyer one time or another
in the past so this is why many ebay sellers have what seem to be firm and harsh terms
attached to their auctions only to avoid future fraud. If you are an honest bidder
you will understand why an honest ebay seller like myself wants to be protected
just like you the buyer wants to have a safe transaction. Only those who refuse to
honor the auction payment terms here are the ones who would want to perpetrate fraud
so this is why most honest ebay sellers like myself are firm on their payment terms.
There is absolutely no reason for me to fraud any buyer on ebay - most of my items
sell for less than a $100 anyway - so if I was going to scam anyone I would
be listing dozens of $5000 + items rather than list many items that only sell for less than $100.
Therefore, you have no concern with buying from me; I have great ebay feedback
that reflects my honesty, great packaging and quick shipments. I would never list and
sell an item that is knowingly defective or broken EVER. My conscious would not allow
me to do such a thing.
FINAL SALE:
I do not sell at retail prices. Retail prices can absorb a return/refund policy. I am a wholesaler
so everything is sold as-is and all sales are final because I am selling at deep discounts.
Therefore, absolutely no refunds, exchanges or warranties given on anything sold. If you
don't agree to these terms then don't bid as you are not obligated to bid. If you want a
return/refund option then go find another seller or pay retail prices at your local store.
This also applies to factory sealed toners and fusers - since they are factory sealed
I cannot open to test a factory sealed toner/fuser so all sales are final with no warranties
given, expressed or implied on all toners/fusers or any products I sell. No guarantees are made
whatsoever under any circumstance on any products sold. Bid on as-is items at your own risk.
Once you receive an as-is item you are on your own. You are agreeing to this by placing a bid
on this listing. I am being very clear here in my terms so there is no deception. By bidding, you
acknowledge to Ebay, Paypal and your credit card company your agreement to these final sale
terms which means there are no returns, no refunds and no paypal/credit card chargebacks
given for any reason. These are the terms that they will honor as your bid acknowledges your
agreement to these final sale terms of this sale. A few dishonest winners in the past have tried
a chargeback but ebay/paypal and the CC Company ruled in my favor every time because
they point out to the buyer how they agreed to the final sale contract terms here which are
100% clear. Any products bearing a serial number will be recorded before shipping so I have

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall I be liable for any damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of,
or the inability to use any products I sell, including without limitation, special, indirect, incidental,
consequential or punitive of damges, loss of any revenues or anticipated profits or any business
loss, loss of sales or loss of goodwill, even if I have been informed of the possibility of such
damages or could have foreseen such damages. In no such circumstance or in any event shall
the total liability of myself to a user for all damages, losses, claims and causes of action, whether
it be by contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise arising from this
agreement or the use of any products that I sell, in the aggregate, the amount actually paid for
of the product in question. By placing a bid and buying, you are agreeing to this Limitation of
Liability.
WHY PRIVATE AUCTION?
All my listings are private because some dishonest people on ebay email winners of other sellers
trying to instruct them to give them the money rather than the legit ebay seller. So to prevent
fraud for me and my winner, all my listings are private. This is why ebay has this selling option.
Only I will have your email so you can be assured I am the seller and only person
contacting you with your payment info if you win.
BEST PRICE NOW
Most times I will list an item only one-time on ebay. If this item is not sold now,
I may sell it through my local wholesale network. So if you want this item, bid now.
My open bid price is now my best price considering my cost - so
I won't accept any email offers below the current open bid price with the exception
of new Sharp Fusers - if you want to buy dozens of new Sharp Fusers
I can give you a better price through ebay so ebay gets their fees.
