COLORS ARE TRUE AS IN THE PICTURE . I SEE NO CHIPS OR CRACKS IN THE STAINED GLASS, BUT SOME MAKER LINES.  IT LOOKS LIKE LEAD THAT IS USED BETWEEN THE GLASS, BUT I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE.  IT HAS A CHAIN FOR HANGING, ATTACHED BY  HARDWARE. FRAME IS MADE OUT OUT A COMPOSITE, AND FEELS LIKE METAL OR WOOD. I DO NOT KNOW WHO THE MAKER IS, WHERE IT WAS MADE, OR HOW OLD IT IS. IT MEASURES: 9 1/2 " TALL AND 13 " WIDE. IT IS PROBABLY A MANUFACTURED PIECE. WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!! ITEM IS SOLD AS IS AND AS DESCRIBED TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY.
