FAQ's

1. How often is cleaning required?

-About every three weeks depending upon your atmospheric conditions.

2. What type of filters do we buy?

-NONE, there are no messy filters to even buy again.  You simply wipe the blades clean with a paper towel or cloth.

3. How many settings are there?

-There are 2 HIGH AND LOW.  Use the Low and High settings  according to the need for the air quality in which the unit is placed.

4. Is the Air Purifier considered an ozone generator?

-NO Ozone generators produce large amounts of ozone and the EPA considers these unsafe for household use.  These units remove particles from the air and release only trace amounts of ozone.

Payment

We accept Pay pal. Please pay at least with 5 days of auction ending date. We need a street address for all shipments, please no PO Boxes. International customers you are responsible for duties and taxes.

Fees

We only charge tax for California customers at 7.75% and only on the sale price and not on shipping. We do not charge tax on any handling fees.

Shipping

We ship to lower 48 states in USA and Canada. We do not ship to any other countries. We use UPS and USPS for all of our shipping’s. The address must be a confirmed address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, we must have a physical street address. For international customers, we are not responsible for duties and taxes.
We do not combine shipping! Our shipping process is automated from our warehouses.
We do not ship international to any other countries other than the ones mentioned above.

Delivery

We ship every weekday in the afternoon from California (Monday - Friday). We ship within 24 hours after clearance of payments.

Refunds & Returns

Item must be returned within: 7 Days. Refund will be given as: Exchange Refunds are given only if an item is found defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for returned shipping fees.
