US Shipping Details

Standard Shipping is via UPS ground. PO boxes and others will be shipped via USPS. Express shipping is available but you need to contact us before auction end to make arrangements. Items shipping to HI and AK are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an added surcharge of $5.00.  APO / FPO and other US Military shipments will be shipped USPS Priority Mail for the same charge as continental USA shipping, with the exception of guitars. These will ship via USPS Airmail and will be charged as international shipments.

Canada Shipping Details

We accept Paypal and Money Orders for payment on international orders. Shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping the item and insurance if purchased. Please note: We are not responsible for any duty/tax/brokerage fees, we have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.. We ship UPS for all Canadian shipments unless otherwise requested. Email for shipping costs if requesting a different carrier. We can mark as a gift upon request at the time of payment. Shipping charges are in USD and in most cases are $10 more than US shipping prices.

International Shipping Details

We accept Paypal and Money Orders for payment on international orders. Shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping the item and insurance if purchased. We ship USPS Airmail for all international shipment unless otherwise requested. Email for shipping costs if requesting a different carrier. We can mark as a gift upon request at the time of payment. Shipping charges are in USD. We are unable to ship guitars to Russia, Australia and New Zealand via USPS due to size restrictions set by USPS. However, if the guitar has a removedable neck we can ship to Australia, NZ & Russia - please email with any questions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 5 days of auction end. We reserve the right to relist the item if payment is not made without prior arrangements. Shipping insurance is optional, but in some cases is required. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Money Orders. On any international orders, we are not responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees.

Returns

We will accept refunds or exchanges within 10 day of the receipt of the item. Item must be in the original box, and in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way. Contact us FIRST for shipping directions. Ship the item back to us and include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning it.

Combined Shipping

We can combine shipping for multiple items on many items. Please email to see if we can on your items.

Shipping Time Frame

Products in most cases will be shipped out within 5 - 7 busines days of the auction ending. Expedited shipping is available, but you need to contact us and make arrangements before auction end. Please do not request a tracking number immediately after the payment is made. You will be forwarded a tracking number once the package is picked up by UPS. If the 5 days has passed and you still haven't received the tracking number, we will then accept requests.

We do reply to all emails within 24 hours. If for some reason you are not receiving replies from us, it may be that your spam filter is preventing the email from arriving. Item Pickup

We are able to provide local pick-up for items. Contact us before making plans to do so. We ship out of several warehouses so we will need to make arrangements to make sure it is locally available.
