Purchased for a trip, and never used, this is a BRAND NEW Baby B'Air flight safety vest, sized Large, or toddler sized. Below is copy from a website description:

This ingenious flight vest protects your baby (aged from 6 months to 2 years) from injury as a result of air turbulence while he sits on your lap. 

Because 90% of all air-injuries occur during flight, mostly from air turbulence, airlines recommend that all passengers, including sleeping babies and toddlers, are secured with a seat belt for the entire length of a flight.

Toddler size fits 6 months - 2 years, with neck opening for heads up to 19 1/2 inches.
Child up to 40lbs.
