PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If you, for some reason, can not pay within 7 days, please notify us of your situation. If after 7 days we have not received payment without notification, we will file for a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item. We reserve the right to void the auction in the case of late bid withdrawals.

WARRANTY:
NON-Canadian customers - Please check with manufacturers' warranty in your country as it may be different from the Canadian warranty. Buyers should contact the manufacturer before contacting us for a RMA. For all defective returns please state in the package as a "DEFECTIVE COMPUTER PART" and state a $0.00 CAD value. If Canada customs charges us any customs fees on all RMA returns then the buyer must repay the customs fees. We will hold the RMA replacement part until all outstanding fees are cleared. All products covered by manufacturers' warranty will be exchanged only through manufacturer, starting day 1 of the purchase date.

RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted ONLY if item is malfunctioning or is dead on arrival. All claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, this item is sold as is after this 7-day period. We are not responsible for any warranty exchanges. All items returned must be in "Like New" condition with no cosmetic or technical damage, with all accessories / manuals. If there is cosmetic damage to the item, then there is an additional $10-$20 restocking fee. Returns missing accessories will also incur an additional $10 restocking fee. All packaging must be in original state with original box. REPLACEMENT:  If seeking a replacement / exchange, there will NOT be any restocking fees if item is returned in original condition / packaging. PAYMENT REFUND:  If seeking a payment refund, there will be a 15% restock fee (there is no restocking fee for replacement of defective item.
