Shipping

Return & Warranty Policies
A) Returns on Defective and/or Damaged items
Authorization must be obtained before returning any item(s) and be on visible on the box or label it is being returned in. Items returned without Authorization will be refused and returned to the sender Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping ChargesDefective Items that are returned will be tested and if : 1) Found defective- Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately 2) Found not defective- Item will be sent back to buyer. Item returned that are in working condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee when refund is given Refund given will be calculated as follows - Winning Bid Price minus (15% restocking fee + S&H&Ins. Fee). Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable as stated Items returned must be in like new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories. Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will be returned to sender.
Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately within 5 days of receiving item. Any item to be returned for refund must be received within 7 days of receiving item.
B). Warranty Our products carry a warranty of 1 year against any manufacturing defects. However electrical components such as bulbs etc. are not covered within this warranty. The item shall be repaired or replaced, depending upon the nature of fault within period. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.
