Please inspect and test  your tubes  upon arrival as we must be notified  of your return within 7 days or your return request will not be honored. Buyer is responsible  for return shipping. We advise that you  purchase the optional shipping insurance as we will not exchange   items  that are damaged or lost in shipping. (this is an insurance issue)  No refunds, exchange only!
