How do I know what size I am in a certain brand?
Since all brands are sized differently we do measure every item we sell, as well as note if it is labeled slim fit, classic fit etc. Please refer to our measurement chart which will show you exactly which area's we measure. Then just compare the measurements to a current garment you own that fits well! Also we suggest you try out a favorite brand at a local department store, this will help you with your size and also remind you of the killer deal you are getting from Chic:)
What's up with the waist measurement?
Manufactures determine their sizes based on a traditional waist measurements(above the belly button at the smallest part of the waist) However, most of our jeans & pants are low-rise and contemporary fit. Sooo the part of the torso the waistband will hit is actually lower and closer to the hip. This is why the actual waist measurement will be larger than the “traditional waist” used for sizes. Lower rise jeans will have a larger waist measurement for a particular size. For this reason, we suggest our buyers to measure their waist up from the rise measurement to determine if a particular size will fit.

What is your return policy?
In order to offer such low priced on our product we do not offer returns at this time. This lets us control our overhead and give our customers the best possible prices we can! Each and every item shipped goes through several hands and a rigid inspection process, no Exceptions!! Of course, if by chance their is a mistake on our part be sure and contact us to resolve the problem. Just keep in mind that there is a time frame of 7 days after you receive the item to inform us about a problem.
How much is shipping?
Pleas refer to our shipping rate chart. International shipments vary by location & item. Please refer to the shipping costs listed the individual listing.
What method do you ship?
All Domestic US shipments to 50 states including APO Addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail, depending on the size & weight of item. Express mail overnight is also an option.
International packages are shipped via Priority Mail International, orders over $150 are required to be shipped USPS Express Mail
What about insurance?
Insurance is optional for an additional $3.75 per package. USPS is a very reliable & dependable method of shipment so we leave it up to you. Of course we package all items to weather any storm. With USPS Express mail shipments domestic & international, insurance in automatically included free of charge.

Why can you only ship Express Mail to my country?
The list of countries we ship only express to are as follows: Singapore, South America(Mexico, Brazil etc), Russian Federation, Greece, and Romania.

How do I combine items into one order to save on shipping?
After you have won all of your items, please use our Checkout system through Channel Advisor. All unpaid auctions won will automatically be combined with shipping discount. There you will enter your shipping address so that an invoice is created with the total amount due. After this step, it will direct you to PayPal to authorize payment.
When will my order ship?
We process all orders that are paid and cleared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please note if you send a PayPal eCheck we wait to ship until we receive notification that the payment has cleared. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when the order ships.
Where’s my package?
When we ship your item, we e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking or delivery confirmation number so you can conveniently track your package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
DOMESTIC: Depending on your location, we ask that you wait 5-10 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation for the package to arrive. However, in most cases it arrives in 3-4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: We ask that you wait 10-25 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation for the package to arrive. However, in most cases it arrives in 5-10 business days.
Why doesn't the tracking # you provided work?
Some international countries don't have the appropriate tracking systems in place to aid in tracking your package. Please wait the appropriate time listed above, If you still have not received you item, please let us know so we may assist in locating your package.
It has been a LONG time..why haven't I received my order yet?
Mistakes happen, if you have waited the appropriate time listed above an you still have not received your item, please contact us so we can help in locating your shipment.

When do I have to send payment?
Payment is due within 7 days from the end of the auction. If you are combining items, payment is due by the 7th day from the end of the FIRST auction.
I won one auction and I’m waiting to see if I win another item. Should I pay for the first item now?
Orders are created based upon your checkout. Once you checkout or send payment, the order is closed for shipment. For this reason, we ask that all buyers WAIT until they are finished bidding before checkout out the order and sending payment, otherwise we cannot combine items.
I have a code, how do I use it?
If it is a code you received from Paypal, the code must be entered in the payment steps after you log into Paypal. You will still need to Checkout through our system first, which will redirect you to Paypal afterwards. For codes that are issued directly from us, please enter the code in the box and click on “Add Promotion”, on the page where it states “Review and Place Your Order”. If you have any questions regarding Paypal or eBay codes we are not affiliated with the offers, therefore please contact them directly for assistance. |
