Shipping Policy:
Insurance is included in your shipping costs. No refunds on shipping under any circumstances.
Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. Items in stock will then leave our warehouse (usually via FedEx Ground). Orders received on weekends and national holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2-7 business days for receipt of your order after it has been shipped (most FedEx Ground shipments take 1-5 business days to be delivered after they have shipped, not counting the day of shipping).
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, though occasionally we may use USPS Priority Mail or another carrier at our discretion. Shipping charges shown are for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.
For orders shipping to HAWAII or ALASKA, please contact us BEFORE bidding to find out the extra shipping cost. Your order will not be shipped until all additional shipping charges have been paid for.
We do not ship outside the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you need a product shipped to such a location, you will first need to send us an email to verify that the item(s) you wish to order can be shipped to your APO/FPO address.

Merchandise Exchange Policy:
All sales final. No refunds. If upon receipt item is defective you may exchange your item for the same item, provided the item is in its original packaging. You must notify us via email within 5 days of receipt and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us. No merchandise return for exchange will be accepted without prior authorization from E.S. Buys, Inc. and a valid RMA number.
When shipping returns it is required that you send your item(s) postage prepaid via a carrier that provides a tracking number, proof of delivery, and insurance for your protection at your own expense. If the item is found to be defective, E.S. Buys, Inc. reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective product for the same item free of charge, provided the product is returned within the product exchange period and all original packaging is included with the original return. E.S. Buys, Inc. reserves the right to arrange for repair of a large, bulky defective item near your location. We pay to ship the replacement item. If none are available, we will refund purchase price minus shipping cost. No refunds on shipping under any circumstances.
Communication:
We will email you within 24-48 hours after payment is received to let you know approximately when your order will be shipping. This email will be sent to the email address used for your payment.
We check email frequently. If you email us and do not receive a response to your question within 48 hours, it is possible we may not have received your email.
