v ALL EXCHANGES HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY US. The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by the seller. Returned items without RMA number will be refused and not accepted. Approved items must be in brand new, un-used condition accompanied by all items sold. We will carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing an exchange.
v Buyer accepts to pay for return freight. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition.
v Returns will not be accepted for products that will conflict with network carrier/operator/frequency/band requirements. Please consult with your network operator if you are not sure what band/frequency you need. Ringwireless guarantees the voice feature of the phone to work 100% . Ringwireless is not responsible for the settings of the phones' browser, Email, MMS, SMS, GPRS, WAP, Picture messages or any other network related setup other than the voice feature.
v All of our unlocked GSM phones come from around the globe. As such, features and accessories may vary. Some require US adapters. In some cases, language needs to be reset to English from the default language through manual setting on the phone.
