This dress is NEW and retails for $56.00.  It is a navy blue plaid soft light weight flannel material.  It has a large white collar great for monogramming.  Monogramming available...see more store listings for prices and samples.  It measures 16" in length with a 3" hem.  I have the matching brother longall  listed as well in case you are trying to dress little ones alike.  I will combine shipping charges for multiple wins.  I accept paypal...see details below!!
