Items must be returned in their original condition and postmarked within 7 days after the buyer receives it according to USPS/Fedex/UPS tracking information in order to receive a refund.

International Terms: Kid Store and More does offer international shipping, when possible. Any quoted shipping charges includes a $3.00 handling fee to cover the extra Paypal fees on international transactions. Please note that all international sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All international sales are marked as merchandise, without exception.
