Warranty Information:

Included is a manufacturer 1 year limited warranty.  In the manual titled "Finding Your Taste" you will find a registration card which allows you to register your brewer and activate your warranty.  If there are any questions please ask us.

Returns:

Items will not be returned unless they don't work when the buyer receives them, allowing you 3 days to determine if the item works or not. We test all of our items before shipping them out so they are guaranteed to work when they arrive.  If they don't work when they arrive then the buyer can exchange for another one, with return shipping paid by the buyer, I will cover the cost to get it back to you.  If such a case arises, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.  We ask that you please be patient and we will do our best to help you.
