Lang Manufacturing, established in 1904, is an experienced company that constructs high-quality equipment built to last.

This proofer, is a space saving unit that can function on its’ own.  If you have a half-size convection oven, it could sit on the top of this unit to form your own “micro-bakery”.  Alternatively, if you need extra space, up to 225 pounds can sit on top of the proofer.  The proofer is completely new and has not been touched, the stainless steel protection stickers still remain on the item.
