HAND PAINTED IN ITALY

This is a beautiful very rare ceramic hand painted colorful TOM TURKEY SERVING PLATTER – FOR DECORATION OR SERVING.  This unique piece is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing, discolorations, or repairs.  The delicately detailed hand painted tom turkey platter is in vibrant colors of yellow, orange, golden beige, blue, mauve pink, brown, and black on a white background.  Please pay special attention to the uniquely defined detailed design of the entire piece from the scalloped outer edges depicting the individual feathers to the raised areas throughout the platter, also, accenting the feathers and body of the turkey.  It is new and has never been used in any manner.  It was hand painted in Italy as verified by the stamp on the back – see picture.  I purchased this unique piece at Macy’s for $90.00 as verified by the sticker on the back – see picture.  Please note some of the pictures show an unavoidable glare from the overhead lights and camera flash.  Dimensions – approx. 19 ½ inches wide, 16 inches high, and 2 inches deep.

We have owned this unique serving platter for over fifteen years and are the original owners.  It has been stored in a completely smoke and pet free environment.  We are in the process of downsizing, therefore are selling due to display space limitations.
