Auction Policy   -  Your Bid is a Contract: Make sure you read the auction carefully before you bid -  If you are uncertain about anything or have questions, please ask before you bid. Please don't assume anything. Winning an auction is a binding contract to buy. Failure to make payment on your winning bid, will result in negative feedback as well as Non-paying bidders are reported to Ebay. All Sales are Final: All items are sold with listed warranty. We strive to make your E-bay experience a good one and our feedback reflects this..  It you have questions after you receive your item, communicate with us. In most cases we can resolve any issues that may arise.   

We endeavor to list all our items accurately, however some of our items may have cosmetic imperfections such as case scratches, minor blemish, cracks and discoloration due to wear and tear, but do not in any way affect the performance of the unit.  For these reasons, our warranty only covers the operation of the item  and not the cosmetics.  

Payment   -   PAYPAL ONLY -  you must have a Confirmed Shipping  Address.  There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within 24hrs of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our checkout system including PayPal .  We will notify you via e-mail when payment is received.  No International payments accepted. TAX :  Massachusetts ship to address are charged 5% sales tax.

Shipping - Handling  -   NECG ships items within the 50 USA states via US POSTAL SERVICE GROUND or FEDEX GROUND . NECG will ship small items to a USA PO Box .   We charge a flat $ fee listed in the item description for shipping and includes handling, and insurance. 

EXPRESS SERVICE ADDITIONAL ( offered at Checkout ) - FEDEX 2 Day  and FEDEX Overnight are available options at auction check-out .  Alaska and Hawaii require  FEDEX 2 Day or FEDEX Overnight rates 

Our shipping and handling charges include high quality packaging, Insurance of your item,  item testing, and functionality quality control.  Your item will ship within 24-48 hours of your payment being received.  You will be notified via e-mail when your payment is received.

Warranty  -   15 Day Warranty only on Hardware UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN AUCTION  - We do not support Software - If your item should fail within 15 days of shipping, we require the return of the unit pre-paid.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We will Repair, Replace, or ( if Not repairable ) ,  Refund your Purchase Price for any  defective item within the 15 Warranty Period, as deemed by NECG
