This is a new Conveyor Toaster with dual technology.  It has the regular heating elements with blower fan and has a bonus Infra-red heating element on top.  This was custome made for the McDonalds Corporation.  This is a factory over run.  They made more then McDonalds needed.  There is no warranty on this item.  The toaster is 3 phase 208V.  The table is 1 phase 120V.  The toaster drops the buns onto a heated table under the toaster.  The table also has two racks that are 21 1/2" Wide and 24" Deep.  This item has never been used and still has the protective white covering on the table.  It is all stainless steel.  I have the instruction manual and paper work for the toaster.  This Dual Tech toaster uses a concept called "Air Impingement" combined with the additional infra-red heating elements provides exceptional baked food production far less time then conventional devices on the market.  The system directs a high velocity stream of heated air on the product being baked.  The blast effect penetrates the boundry layer of air encircling the product and heats food more efficiently.  The greater heat transfer rate results in products baking two to four times faster than conventional means according to Lincoln.  It's also has a programming feature. This is a very high dollar set up for a great price!

*SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT: As solder ages, it becomes brittle. Solder holds refrigeration lines together. When older refrigeration is shipped on a truck, it usually bounces quite a bit. The bouncing and vibrations can cause the brittle solder to allow a refrigerant leak.  A repair and recharging of the refrigerant system usually is significantly less than $100.00. Refrigerant costs technicians about $6.00 per pound. Almost all of the refrigeration systems we sell over the Internet hold less than one pound of refrigerant.

This item will ship from us at the quoted price. Residential addresses are much more expensive to ship to than a commercial address. For best rate have shipped to a commercial address. You can pick up for the commercial rate at a Freight Warehouse, also. Residential deliveries will be about $50 extra to your door (No inside delivery or uncrating.) Businesses without a loading dock will be subject to a lift-gate fee of  $55.00 if you want or need a liftgate. This item can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid residential charges or lift-gate charges. Can be slid into a pick-up bed off of the freight truck to avoid lift-gate charges. Addresses are researched and billed residential if out of a business area. Freight companies do not like to drive in a residential area and charge highly to do so. $50.00. They are also very serious about their extra charge fees. [Highway robbery - we know all about it.] Please help us to make this a hassle free delivery.
